We only offer Open Protocol Systems. We ensure that the attending technician has been on one of the manufacturers training courses.
We are engineers, we are not salesmen, we believe that in the case of an emergency, you should be able to access the control panel of a fire detection system, not be held to ransom by unique access capability.
"Closed protocol" is a system that is not open to independent installers or technicians. these systems are only able to be maintained by approved system technicians.
EQ Systems Limited offer a reliable and efficient 24 Hour Call Out service for all Specialist Fire Detection Management systems. As part of our service & maintenance contracts we offer an exclusive 24 hour call out response service.
Once on our service database, a phone call will put you in direct contact with an engineer that can relate to the system in question. You are not connected through a call out monitoring station. This 24 hour call out service is structured to maximize the integrity of the client’s fire alarm system to ensure the highest level of operational performance at all times throughout the year.
